Flight appears to be booked but they haven't tajen any money?

Getting twitchy.

Booked flights. Paid , got confirmation. All fine.

Except they then sent a " you need to pay for your flights " email eith a link to the main site ( not a specific link)

Called credit card co - it's gone through and we are waiting for thrm to collect payment ...

Life chat with the flight operator " it's all booked " which I have screen shot if.

Don't know what to do except wait now ! Any suggestions ?

can you check your statement online? Is your bank one that has been having the issues recently?

And the booking number logs into the website and shows me my reserved seats and asks for passport details

Shushu the money hasn't been paid from my cc I know that but the cc operator say it's pending and gave me the authorisation number
