Hi. We are holidaying for a week in Nice with my dm while DH is on course. DS is 3 dd is 18m. Both very active have loads of energy and are 'the run about climb everything cause havoc' type rather than the sit a play/colour type (if there is such a thing).
Anyway, other than the beach and the playground area in the centre I wondered if anyone lives there/has been there with small children and had any tips as to what's good to do. Ideally close to the centre but in occassions am willing to travel if it's easy enough on the tram/bus. Indoor and outdoor ideas too incase we want to shelter from the sun!
Museums that are kid friendly (I'm in greater manchester and love eureka and MOSI). Any parks? Intesting sites that children will enjoy?
Actually are there any websites that you can suggest I look at?
Also dm has offered to babysit the kids one night while we hop on a train/bus to Monaco. Is it worth a trip there with the children also?
Thanks x
