Costa Brava

We are looking to fly into Barcelona and holiday somewhere on the Costa Brava - apartment ...we have 5 and 6 yr old boys. Somewhere walk to beach, nice restaurants - all the usual family stuff. Not too built up..any suggestions :-)

Have you thought about caravaning ? I have stayed at Castell Montgri in Estartit and its fab for kids. From what i can rememeber their was 2 water parks near by, a small market in the town weekly beach, resteraunts, and loads on site for the kids. We also had a look at a site at callela i think it was beautiful.
