I'd love to if only I was going to Barbados

Ahh Whooooosh, how lovely. Barbados is beautiful - do include a catamaran or boat trip in your itinerary. Where are you staying? We went to Kenya last Christmas and to the Dominican Republic a couple of Christmasses before that. I love being away for Christmas (anything to avoid scrambling to grab the last sprout in Tesco !). I hope you have a really fab time - I'm sure Father Christmas will find his way to a beach near you

It sounds so ungrateful as I know how lovely Barbados is but I am travelling and staying with my family.

I love them all but I don't really likeany of them....sad but true.Am going to keep the peace really and am hoping that I may get some benefit.
Last year was horrendous and too boring to elaborate but was just hoping there might be another MN'er out there to meet up with.

Copycat-where are you off to this year then?

... Tescos

Well actually Whooooosh we are staying home this year as my sister and I take it in turns to have my Mum over on Christmas Day and it's our turn again this year. We have been away several times this year so I am not complaining ... yet! Bet I will be though on Christmas Eve when I get trampled over in Tescos and eventually emerge sprout-less

I do hope your 2006 Christmas is an improvement on last year's experience and that you and your family have a lovely time in Barbados.
