Buying tickets for jersey boys in Broadway.

My husband and I are going to New York for the first time in July and we would like to see Jersey Boys while we're there. Should we wait till we get there to buy the tickets or should we get them just now ?

I went to New York a few weeks ago. You can queue up before the box office opens and try to get a ticket but it won't be discounted. You can try to get a discounted ticket at the TKTs official discount booth in Times Square (under the red steps) but the queues were horrendously long. You can look at the TKTs NYC website to see the daily update of what is being discounted. If your heart is set on seeing one particular show then I would buy the tickets in advance.
