Drinking from a Cup

I have a 12 month old boy and I am trying to get him to drink from a cup and not his bottle but he just refuses to drink so I end up giving him the bottle. Please can anybody give me some advice and what cup is the best to start him with.

We used Avent spouts on their bottle for milk (you can remove the non spill valve to begin with) but it took a while for them to get the idea.

btw can I suggest you put this under Behaviour/ Development or Weaning topics to get more replies ?
