Villa rental - paying in Euro's?

I am looking at renting a villa in August (looking at Menorca) but wanted to pay in Euro's, has anyone done this? I have Googled but nothing comes up of any use.

I guess it depends who you book with. We've just returned from a fantastic villa in Mallorca booked through AirBnB and we chose which currency to pay in when we booked it (we paid in euros).
