Do you know a great hotel near the beach?

DH and I are trying to get away within the next two weeks, totally and utterly child free.

We don't mind where as long as its shorthaul, sunny and preferably in walking distance of a town/village so we can sample the local culinary delights, and of course the obligatory market!

Budget up to £500 each.

Yep, Eurotel, Altura in the Algarve. Small town but plenty restaurants,big hotel with great facilities right on the fabulous beach. Walkable to busier town along the beach.
