Active Family Holiday in Denmark

We're thinking of going to Denmark for a week in July and am looking for accommodation recommendations. Only one DS (7) so ideally something with good kids activities (including swimming) and cycling on/off site. We'll hopefully fit in Legoland at some point . Not overly keen on camping, we'll be flying so can't schlepp loads of stuff.

You may know this already but there's a center parcs style place right next to Legoland, along with fun pool and activities centre. Google lalandia billund

Thanks yes I was aware of that one and I guess it fits the bill. But I think maybe you pay the Lego premium there (in terms of money and crowds) so was hoping for possible alternatives . We don't mind travelling a bit (up to an hour I guess) to get to Legoland.

We have stayed at Lalandia. Not found it too busy. You can rent Chalet accommodation

Elsewhere in Denmark we have stayed in Scandic Hotels
Usually good value and kid friendly
