Orlando Holiday in 2 weeks time with a 4 and 1 year old - any tips?

Taking our 4 year old and our one year old girls to Orlando in 2 weeks time and haven't really thought about a plan of attack of what to do and see in the 2 weeks and now feeling unorganised! I and my hubby have been before (years ago before we had kids) but would really appreciate any tips from anyone who has been with young kids as to what to do/see or any other tips really : )

we are staying in a villa in Davenport so not far from everywhere really. Planning on going to legoland and universal for at least a day each but other than that (& the disney parks of course) haven't thought much about it. Travelling also with my sister and father in law so we have someone to sit with the little ones whilst we go on the roller coasters and ready made babysitters for hopefully a couple of nights out!

Any help really appreciated! X

buy the book WDW with kids. it is truly brilliant and the best tool we had for planning everything. there are touring plans in there of all the parks and they set them out for all ages so you can target the rides most age appropriate. when we went with ours I felt like you beforehand and a nice MNetter told me to do this. best advice ever.

Thanks very much - that sounds really good being able to do touring plans, will give that a go! X

We've just returned from a villa in Davenport. We found traffic in and around disney/ universal very busy by about 10am.
Have you bought your disney tickets yet? We made use of the free fast pass options and their app. It made the days so much easier. You get three per day and we found that we booked rides we really wanted to do and decided what other rides to do depending on their standby times.
If you get a chance go to Mannys chop house in Haines city. Amazing steak! Have funz

Oh and if it gets too hot, there are water fountain type areas for kids to play in.
