Self catering luxury with kids club?

I seem to be searching for the impossible!

I'm looking for a the following:

• Self catering apartments or villas (basic kitchenette is fine)
• At least 2 separate bedrooms (not one bedroom and one sofa bed)
• A kids club for 3yr olds

Somewhere in Europe that will be warm enough for swimming in September - been looking at Italy, Balearics, Cyprus or Greek Islands.
We do NOT want Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Canaries, France.

Any suggestions? Reasonable budget...

Alykanas Village in Zante, through Thomson. Might not have 2bed apts left for this year though.

I think some of the Sani village complex is SC but w use of the facilities??
