North Wales..9adults/8 children in June ..family celebration

We are celebrating an important family celebration where half the family are travelling from Northern Ireland & some from South East England & South West in the first weekend in June .
We have decided to meet in Wales (it worked for previous celebration )but for the life of me I can't find anywhere reasonably priced for a weekend (£500 per family or less)
It can't be somewhere too hilly as my parents are unable to hike but we are happy to do walks ,weather allowing ,beach /pool nearby would be brilliant allowing for energetic children if it rains !!
Any suggestions gratefully received (NOT a caravan please )

Try these 2 cottages. They are next to one another and both 3 bedroom. The beach is at the end of the road, they are on a national cycle route. Rhos on sea is a short bike ride and Llandudno is on the other side of the little orme. They're not posh but very reasonable and comfortable
