Anyone familiar with public transport in Vienna?

We are off to Vienna in the not too distant future and I've been looking into getting around when we are there. I understand that there are fixed price tickets that can be used on S-bahn, U-bahn, bus or tram for any journey within the central zone, but can anyone point me in the direction of a map that shows what is or isn't within the central zone? In particular, is Schonbrunn in the central zone?

My children are 14 and 11. Can anyone tell me whether they get a reduced ticket or have to pay the adult price?

TIA

i just googled it, it seems a single ticket is €2.20 for an adult and a child can get two trips for €2.20... It seems you can download an app and use that to pay, it is not clear at what point a child becomes an adult...

Have a look at www.wienerlinien.at/media/files/2014/tarifzonenplan_106730.pdf - Schonbrunn is on the U4 which all appears to be within the Wien 100 zone.

We are also off to Vienna next month! Smile
