Holiday ideas for family of 4 with teenagers

Hi I am looking for advice for a family holiday destination with two boys aged 19 & 16, the flight would need to be 4 hours or less, and I would like 4 or 5 star, with lots to do, decent food and sun, I've been looking at Turkey there are some lovely hotels but when reading Trip advisor for every good review there's one that isn't so good, and they are mostly from couples or families with young children, so they dont help really, has anyone got any ideas for me.

We have two boys now 17 and 19.
Last year we did a one week med cruise followed by a week in Majorca. It was great. They loved the ship and the trips to places we'd never been to before such as Barcelona and Herculaneum.
This year we have a hotel in Tenerife with Siam Park included.
Two years ago we went to the Olympic Lagoon in Cyprus. They loved that, lots of activities, a water park down the road and a top rated 4*.
