Last minute Easter Break - where would you go?

We would like to go somewhere warm enough to swim but with the shortest possible plane flight as we have a toddler and will only be going for less than a week. Any ideas?

Canaries but you will need heated pool if you want to swim.

We're going to Southern Greece - cheap flights, accom and temps should be in the 20s hopefully which will be warm enough for us Scots to get in the sea and horrify the locals!!!
