Hi all

DS is 17 months old and I'm looking at ideas for a fun day out. We live in Sussex and im thinking Drusillas perhaps? Would love to do peppa pig world but think we'd waste money at the mo as he wouldnt be old enough to get the most out of the whole park. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!

Drusillas is a great day out esp if hot because they have the paddling pool.

Nice park as well.

And they have the Thomas train which may excite him - and the new Hello Kitty rides, which probably wouldn't Grin

I agree about Peppa pig world being a lot of money for a 17 month old - it's a lovely day out though for when he is older.

Thanks for replying WUME! I like the fact that there are animals at drusillas too so, if nothing else, he'll love those. I think he'll like Thomas though ;-)

Drusillas is brilliant, definitely recommend it. Peppa Pig world is good but agree wait a little while, I took my (short!) 2.5yo twins, they were still under 90cm so for in free and could go on everything in the PP part but only a couple of things on the main part of the park. It's a bit of a balancing act though because now they are 3.5 they are tall enough but not interested in PP anymore!

Drusillas is nice. Have you got a clubcard? Its much cheaper if you have enough points to exchange.

Thanks hello I agree-want to hit the exact right age! I read that they're free under 1 metre, but can go on most rides from 90cm!! So just need to keep an eye on his measurements!
Rat that's really useful, thanks. Actually only got a clubcard a month ago but will bear it in mind for future trips.

I took my (then) 6 and 3yo to peppa pig world last year and they loved it and are begging to go back even the now 7yo!
