Perfect hot summer holiday for teens?

Dragging ourselves away from adult favoured country hols in UK and France and looking for a week in the sun to suit active DD 13 and DS 15 in August. Fancy Italy but really anywhere hot will fit the bill. Would like a quietish place with beach, water sports etc nearby, perhaps a walk to a bit of nightlife. All recommendations gratefully received as I am feeling overwhelmed by searching!

Kalkan- turkey
The only place I could find with affordable villas within within walking distance of the town. Kids the same ages- we loved it.

What about a Mark Warner resort in Greece somewhere- ticks all the boxes but also has lots of other teens to hang out with and as much water sports as you could want, www.markwarner.co.uk/sun-holidays/greece/lakitira/childcare

Bitez in Turkey. Nice beach, plenty of restaurants and close to Bodrum for shopping and a night out.

Thanks for ideas - am looking them up now! Sardinia or Corsica any good?

Ocean and elements sailing and windsurfing weeks away. Not as expensive as Mark Warner.

We moved away from the Lake District as our DC hit their teens and have had some amazing holidays in Europe with Explore. Expensive but we find you get so much more out of the holiday when you have a guide. We went to Andalucía last year and all learned so much, compared to if you turn up at places on your own, don't really know what you're looking at, have a coffee and leave.

It was a fantastic mix of culture and adventure/activities. e.g kayaking down the river bordering two countries and learning about the history and nature of the region
