French center parcs

I'm thinking of booking the new French Center Parcs for the summer. It's not open yet, so I'm not expecting anyone to be specific, but has anyone any thoughts or experiences of french CPs? What are the rules in the spa? Do staff speak English? What is the accomodation like?
This one is near Poitiers. We are thinking of getting the ferry to Le Havre, and half wondered about 7 days at CP but maybe also tying in disney? Does that sound doable? There will be 8 of us, 4 adults, 4 kids aged 8 and 6....

We've done Le Bois Francs several times now, as well as Longleat, Elvedon & Sherwood Forest.
I would say these are the main differences -
If you can go when it is UK school holidays but not French you will save loads (we live here in France and have done it in reverse for that reason, it is usually about a third of the price)
The food and restaurants are way better at the French ones
There are not as many organised activities in France as the UK (though it is improving)
The pool and general water area is miles better at Le Bois Francs than any of the UK ones, but obviously can't speak for the new one.

I've never encountered any staff who speak English, the spa is much the same in all of them, maybe a few more "sensory" type rooms in the UK ones

If you go on the viamichelin site you can put your route in & it will give you an accurate time plus any tolls etc
