Just for two nights, Central but not ££££!

I understand public transport is good to get around so I guess it's cheaper to come out of the central area.

Thanks.

Stay on a houseboat!!! Best Amsterdam trip ever.

Stayed in a reasonably priced hotel on Rembrandt Square-can't remember the name though! Close to the centre but not too pricey!

No kids, just ladies! Houseboat sounds fun!

Banks Mansion. Wonderful. Free bar (really!!) coffee snacks etc. great lounge area for relaxing in after sightseeing. Very central. Just great :-)

Airbnb are privately owned apartments - we booked a holiday via them last year and had no problems.

I stayed at the NH City Centre years ago - it was lovely.
