beach holiday with access to dinghy sailing courses and hire

I am trying to find holiday location where there is a beach club with dinghy sailing courses and hire but not a Neilson type holiday which is too expensive for us! We can sail already so I thought if we could find a beach that has cheap dinghy school that's not exclusively pre-booked by Neilson or similar and where we could hire dinghys, catamarans, then we could find some rental accommodation near by - however it is proving difficult to find.

Wildwind holidays in Vassiliki (Lefkas). Accommodation is in basic but comfortable hotel rooms on the beach. It is room only but there is a restaurant in the small hotel for breakfast/lunch and the harbour has loads of places to eat. Dinghy and catamaran instruction for every level and a kids club (for over 7s).

check the RYA website - I've found a place on Lake Garda and I also know of one in Kenya if that's a possible.

Sunsail closed their last beach club last year.

Take a look at Seafarer. Went for a week to Levkas with them last year. Well run, but not at Neilson prices.
