Which European cities should I avoid?

I'd like to plan a city break in central Europe for my partner and I, along with our 3 kids. I don't want to go anywhere too stressful, or somewhere that our children will find boring. Age range: Girl 15, Boy 8, girl 6

I would avoid industrial ones, but why don't you tell us which ones you are planning and we can comment

what's your local airport or train station and where does it go direct to? nothing more boring for a teen than endless travelling and carting luggage about!
