And I want to take dd (18mts) with me.
HAve previously stayed at the Jumeirah beach-are there any other child friendly hotels I should look at?

at you going to dubai full stop..................

We went to the hilton on jumeriah, at the time baby free (although not completely iykwim). Seemed to be lots of children and babies around, also had its own private beach so ideal as not needing to go very far..brill in that heat..!

Feel like bashing the credit card-can only afford (financially and timewise) 3 or four days but would love to have some fun in the sun just me and dd- will look at Hilton-thanks.

Any other suggestions people?

The Grand Hyatt is very good. I stayed there for work and took DS. They have a fantastic play area and play room, plus a toddlers' pool in addition to the children's pool. Take care - I have colleagues out there this week and it's very hot

Jumeirah Beach...is that the one like a wave??
I stayed there.It was ace.
Trip to Carlton was nice too,as was one to Burj where friends were staying (completely mad experience-grossly decadent and horridly guilt inducing.)

Try somewhere else maybe??
Morocco
Qatar?

Ooh now there's an idea Moondog ....hmmmm

Yes the J Beach is the wave shaped one-no room at the Inn I am afraid.

Hated the Burj but Ritz Carlton sounds worth a peek.
