Best for a 3 year old: Cbeebies World, Nickelodeon World or Thomas Land?

Out of Cbeebies World (Alton Towers), Nickelodeon World (Blackpool) or Thomas Land (Drayton Manor) which do you reckon is best for a 3 year old? (not just queuing for rides all day, but more meet-the-characters, events, play areas etc?) She's small for her age, so wondering about height restrictions too (just looked up Blackpool Pleasure Beach and most seem to start around 100-120cm, whereas she is only 90cm, so is it worth going at all?)

Also, which would you say is the best day out for a family overall? (We'll also be taking our newborn with us, so want convenient places to stop for food, changing etc.)

Thanks!!

We have only been to Alton Towers, planning on visiting Drayton Manor this year, we took our 3 year old last September and he has only just stopped talking about it every day â?º there are meet and greet, little shows and rides/themed activities. we stayed overnight nearby and went back again next day for a reduction price. The whole family enjoyed it
