We're booked to go in August but the hotel have said you need to book the kids club in advance as it gets so busy. I can't seem to find out how far in advance we need to do this and can't even be certain our DC's will want to use it. Anybody have any experience of booming with this hotel? Many thanks.

Hi babypossum, did you get any further with this? We have just booked here for August as well so I am interested to know! Looks gorgeous doesn't it? Did the hotel send you a booking form?

Hi Sarahlouboo. No unfortunately nobody replied :-( so I'm none the wiser. I'll probably try again at some stage, maybe posting in chat for some traffic. We are so looking forward to it and yes it does look gorgeous! Do you have a booking form for the kids club? We booked via British Airways so unsure if that means we bypass forms etc?

Hi we booked direct with hotel so I haven't seen any mention of having to book ahead for Kids Club but I might just email them and find out. I'll let you know what they say. We have never been anywhere with a kids club before so I don't know if DS will want to go or not. I hope he will a couple of times if only to make some friends to play around the pool with Smile

Hi there. I was about to reply to you as inbetween time, I looked on their website and managed to find a link to booking the kids club that I swear wasn't there before! (Kids, then reservations). I've gone ahead and booked each morning as I've no idea whether he will want to use it or not.... He'll have only recently turned 6 and there's a fair jump in the age range for that group so I'm a bit unsure about it. We're going mid August - how about you?

Thanks Babypossum, I have booked him in now! Will cancel what we don't want. They don't make it very obvious do they?! I wouldn't have thought to book ahead unless I had seen your thread so thank you Smile. We are going first week in September as the kids go back a bit later where we live this year. I hope there are still some children for him to play with! Hope you have an amazing time!

No worries. I hope you have a fab time too and am certain there'll be loads of kids for him to play with :-) x
