Where to go in November.

After a stressful year and an expensive and tiring week in London we want to go somewhere later in the year either late October/beginning of November. We are thinking Egypt for the sun, no rain and just being able to relax but we went to Egypt last year and we didn't love it. It is just knowing the sun and no rain will be pretty much guaranteed at the time of year we will be going on holiday. Is there anywhere else with similar climate, no rain and similar cost that we can go to? I have no idea of where is good to go at different times. Thanks

Should say, we lived the hotel and climate in Egypt just didn't enjoy being outside the hotel and normally we like to explore a bit.

nowhere is 100% on no rain except a desert or Antarctica.

Morocco, Tunisia are the normal alternatives. The Canaries won't be as hot but still very pleasant in November (probably) without the hassles. Plenty to see and do.

We went to Tenerife on our honeymoon at the end of November some years ago and it was very pleasant. The only issue is that some of the restaurants have closed for the winter season but really they have an all year round season for most places. What about Cape Verde islands either? HAven't been personally but they look lovely and even further south than the Canaries.

A bit early for the Caribbean but rain will be a short sharp burst. Prices will be lower than December and you should be out of the hurricane season in November. Mexico or Florida? Kenya or South Africa?

Dubai is lovely in November.

Thank you. Will have a look at those.

I love the canary isles and November should be pleasant just cannot guarantee no rain at all but if it is it's usually short lived. Plenty of tours to go sight seeing and the bus system seems to work pretty Well.

I'm talking Tenerife here. Don't know what buses and tours are like on the other islands.

If you do choose Tenerife probably best to go to the south as the north can be chilly/ cloudy in winter.
