toy box lid and little fingers...

We have been given a lovely toy box for my 11m old son but it is not fitted with one of those anti-slam devices that make the lid close slowly. Does anyone know what you call them and where you can actually buy one? :-)

My son's toy box also doesn't have that kind of device so we have put door 'slam stoppers' on each end (foam c shaped things) - works really well as the lid can never fully close - as long as small person doesn't remove them of course!
