Hi

Just booked this after searching for summer holiday for days! I booked it based on good price and good overall ratings.

However I hadn't read each individual review (I'd been looking at so many I just gave up!).

Anyway whilst I know it's great and doesn't have many average never mind poor reviews, most of the reviews are for kids aged 7 and under. My dds are 9&7 and I wander if it'll be ok? I don't want it to be to babyish or too young?

Anyone been? Any other recommendations? I have til tomorrow to change without fees so I need any advice you have!

Oh presume cala'n Bosch ok though?!

Thank you!

My DS were 9 and 7 when we went last year and they had a blast. They somehow managed to get into teen club rather than kids club, as there were hardly any teenagers there. This meant table tennis etc, x box rather than arts and crafts.

There were pool games like walk the plank most days which they loved. Pools were great (they liked the pirate pool too because there was a big tub of water that tipped down every 15 mins or so).

Next to the restaurant was a sports court and the kids played football every evening, while we lingered over our drinks. Bliss.

Cala n bosch was ok - sweet little beach etc - but we only went for a week and spent most of the time at the hotel.

Enjoy - it is lovely. Lunch at the pool bar was particularly good and we drank our way through the cocktail menu which was b&b too.

Ah we are going in July!! - on the recommendation of friends who travel a lot but always come here for a week in the summer .

Can't wait!!

I loved the marina in Cala Bosch - we travelled for the day from Cala Forcat and it was much nicer.

joy how old are your kids?

I do wander if there's more for boys than girls little as my dds wouldn't go in a kids club.

I also noticed almost every review said it's first family holiday etc etc, mine have been to splash world type resorts so wander if this is too quiet iykwim?

Mine loved it last year when ds was 9 and dd was 7. They made friends and played daft games with others like walking the plank etc. My dd did the water dancing/aerobics etc every day. I second the fab lunch menu too....fresg griddled salmon etc. We liked the marina area too and other guests raved about walking to a bar nr a lighthouse to watch the sun go down ! Little amusement place nr the marina too. Enjoy

Anyone else any info? Is there enough about town to keep entertained, couple of arcades, trampolines?

Anyone know what the waterpark is like?

We went to the water park just outside Cala'n'Bosch when the DDs were 3 & 5 and loved it. It was a really good day out Smile
