My mum rang yesterday about a good deal.

For dh, me and 2 kids it £540. That's for Eurostar, 3 nights at hotel in Disney and 4 day passes into the park.

It's £270 each adult and kids go free.

My mum and mil are going too and they get a grandparent discount.

So Disney here we come January 2007

Just think it's the right time as my ds will have just turned 9 and dd is 7.

for the four of you i would say £100 a day but it could be done cheaper if you eat at cheaper places etc

Thanks buktus. Don't want to overspend but also want to make sure we experience it properly and not worry about money iykwim

we've been twice with phone and fly. Get fabbo rates. Stayed at the sante fe which is fine if you have older kids. stayed at the newport bay 2nd time as dd is only 20mths. Coudln't fault it at all. Would highly recommend the disney express service. you get your park passes on the train, and they take your bags to the hotel so you just get off the train and go straigh into the park!

We are taking DD for her second birthday in April next year! (I know she is young but we are big kids at heart too!). Want to stay in the Disneyland Hotel (is it worth the extra money?). Never been so it's a first for us .

Am getting a bit though as I've been emailing Disney customer service for weeks now asking when the new brochure comes out (covering April as it's just up to end March at the moment) and they told me they'd send me some info 3 weeks ago (emailed them again and still waiting for a reply!).

Does anyone know if the new season/prices are out yet then? They aren't on their website...

Thx - will have to be patient a bit longer then . Buktus the Disneyland hotel does look fab doesn't it and I agreed with what you said about being so close with a LO.

Am excited - just wish I knew how much it is going to cost ....

True you want to be as close as possible but other than the Disneyland Hotel they are all a bit of a trek, not too bad though. There are shuttle buse, never used them and I suppose they will be packed at night. Map

Walk is fine on the way there, not so popular on the way home.

We have managed to fit it in at easter or holiday weekends. We never get awat through the summer due to work so we have to go away at easter and oct anyway. This easter we overlapped 2 days into school term but school was OK. Can't say there are many that take 2 weeks during term time here.
