Alpha Rooms - Anyone?

Has anyone used Alpha Rooms to book a package hol?
Have been trying to price up an all Inclusive package in the Carribean and prices are coming back 1/3 less on Alpha Rooms!

Just want to check out if they are reputable or a nightmare to deal with??

Have read some distinctly reviews about alpha rooms

Avoid at all costs.
