Like Nielson but surfing not sailing

We (DH, DS 9, DS5 and DS1 & i) would like to go on holiday this year somewhere hot that has good quality childcare.
We have done Neilson several times & really enjoyed it even though we aren't windsurfers/sailors.
Are there any surfy family orientated travel companies?
Also looking at club med (poss too french) & MW (too yachty)
Any suggestions?

from last year's reviews, how about Neilson Andriake? They were doing lots of bodyboarding as the beach is often unsailable...

Foiund some surf travel sites yesterday which claim to cater for families & offer childcare, but there's no info on their web sites which doesn't instill confidence.
