cheap package holiday for a family of 5?

It's been so long since I've seen sunshine! Where should I start looking for a really, really cheap package holiday. All we need is a beach, pool and somewhere to sleep. Not looking for culture or anything special, just sunshine!. Any ideas?

Are you looking for really really cheap in the summer school holidays? How many rooms do you need? How long were you hoping to go for? Do you live close to ferry/Eurotunnel or will you have to fly?

Travel zoo have a collection of the cheapest deals - you can look up the tour operators from there ( Broadway travel for example comes up a lot).

Personally I would just look for cheap flights with Air Norway, Monach, EasyJet etc and book an apartment with Airbnb. If you can go in May or June rather than July August so much the better.If not then at least you can chose to be away for less nights. End of August is cheaper than the beginning on the whole.
