Looking for somewhere to take my 13 year old dd for afternoon tea as a treat in a few weeks time, somewhere thats nice but not too pricey as on a budget doesn't have to be a hotel could be a nice restaurant/cafe in london or west london. Any suggestions greatfully received thanks x
