We were thinking of trying Tenerife next feb half term. Can anyone recommend any lovely but not too hideously expensive accommodation they have stayed in or know of please?
I've been searching online but seem underwhelmed at what I've found. I wondered if a personal recommendation would help me!
Many thanks

Hi we stayed at the Bahia princess in Costa adeje, it was really nice- lots of steps though.
Costa Adeje is a lovely area

what are you after from your holiday. Whos going?

2 adults, 3 children under 12. Need to chill and recharge but need to get out and about too. Heated pool important and walking distance to the coast. We always hire a car.
All ideas gratefully received!

if you look on housetrip or airbnb, you can get an appartment or house/villa for cheaper than a hotel. You can specify swimming pool. For 3 children a hotel would be megabucks as youd need 2 rooms, and not always easy to find interconnected ones.

I think in february, if you want beach, then youll need south side, because the north was quite rough waves , which whilst spectacular, is not what you want with small children.
Some of the south though is very Brit orientated. The North is much more authentic tenerife, but the south is better for a kids holiday probably

I was at the Hotel Isabel at Adeje in October. They do all inclusive or self catering...pool is heated at this time of year. I'd go back
