So we are trying to organise a trip for my extended family to include 8 adults and 12 kids for May Half Term. yes we know it's very late to be looking

We're looking for a short haul flight, a self catering villa with a pool, somewhere in the sunshine (so further south than Nice/Venice probably) where the house will accommodate all of us without spending £15k for a week (!)

This is proving impossible, despite having 4 of us looking online for ages.

One of you clever MNers on here must know how to do this/who to speak to.
TIA

Look on websites like groupaccommodation and bigholidayhouse. If you go through a travel agent you will pay through the nose for it. for 20 of you all wanting to stay in one big house then I didn't think £15K sounded that outrageous to be honest! the big issue is actually going to be finding something/anything and you may have to compromise and go for a bigger villa complex and all stay in your own villas. Why? because Michael bloody Gove bought in the no holidays in term time rules and everyone has only a few weeks now to go away in. supply and demand - holiday prices have gone up massively. Can I be blunt - with around 12/13 weeks to go you aint gonna find it without compromise or cost.
