How long is the flight & what is the time difference?

Just wondered as my best friend has just left to go to India.

Time difference is 4.5 hours at the mo

That's not as much as I thought it'd be for some reason.

I'm just being nosy really. Friend is going for 6 months starting in India & I am very jealous!

It's 5.5 when the clocks go back I think. Where is your friend going in India? Am dying to go back there but want to wait till my dd is bigger and can handle Delhi Belly!

Starting in Dehli & then travelling around India & then to several other countries. He wasn't entirely sure where they would go exactly but I will hopefully get sent some photos!

When did you go? What is it like? It's one of the places I'm a bit unsure about visiting.

I've been to Delhi, Bombay, Goa, Simla, Rajasthan and Kashmir.
An amazing country though hard work! First time I went when I was ten and really really enjoyed it. Can't wait to take my dd there

I know what you mean. I'm really looking forward to taking LO all over the place on holiday.

How long did you go for at once?

I want to go on holiday now ... not fair .... goes away and has a childish tantrum

My LO currently wants to go to Australia.

I've been to India alone and am totally in love with it - might have helped that i never got the Delhi belly ;)
I've done the travelling but i've never done the mum thing.
What do you think about taking a baby/ child travelling there for a few months to a year? How old should she be?

Thanks
