I want to go to Paris, but am fed up with looking now!
I did find somewhere really nice for ?268, that was for Eurostar there and back and a hotel for 2 nights. But when I have searched since, the best price I can get is ?370.

I wonder if anyone can find a better price for me, I don't want much but here goes!

2 adults
24th - 26th November
return eurostar
hotel for 2 nights, close to Gare Du Norde (I think that is the Eurostar station in Paris)
I need the train to leave after 1pm, also prefer to leave Paris no later that 4pm. (Told you I didn't want much didn't I!)

I'm off to watch Eastenders now, hopefully when I come back, someone will have chosen my holiday for me so I can just book it! (wishful thinking anyway )

have you seen this thread with a few hotels in Paris?

I have to say i hate the area around the gare du nord and would rather stay elsewhere, but am by no means experienced with Paris.

I did a search on MN first and did see some suggested hotels. The reason why we want to stay near the Gare Du Norde is so we can get the Eurostar and be close to the hotel when we get there rather than have to find our way around.
I've went to Paris in 1992 with a friend and her parents, I have no idea where we stayed though.

I've just input your details into www.travelocity.co.uk (which I've never used but have heard of), and it's come up with a number of hotels (all 2 star, some a way out but others closer to the centre, not sure which are near the station) and the departure times you wanted for anything from 122 each to much dearer - but at least four or five within your range.
Can't do links, sorry!

thank you so much for that Helsy, I have found a hotel to stay at.
I have a new problem now!
Do we need to have 6 months left on our passport?
