Recommend a city break please.

We fancy going on a short city break over Easter. Just adults.
I'm after a sitting about in coffee shops people watching kind of stuff. Not nightlife kind of people.

I've had a suggestion of Kraków but I'm worried that it would just be loads of stag parties.
In the past we have been to Prague and Munich.

Bologna is one of my favourite short haul weekend places. Lovely city with fantastic food (and food markets) and lots of things to see. You can take the train to Florence in just over an hour so you can see somewhere else too if you have time.
