30th Wedding Aniversary - where shall we go?

It's our 30th Wedding Anniversary this summer and we want to go somewhere nice to celebrate, so looking for ideas. For our 25th we went to Miami, Florida Keys then a week in the Bahamas.
We will be going as a couple, so no children. Looking to go September/October/November probably and we like hot weather. Been to Florida a few times, done Orlando, Gulf Coast, Miami etc. Also been to Cape Town which we really enjoyed, but only last year so don't want to go again so soon.
Not very interested in lots of sightseeing (churches, temples etc) but enjoy somewhere with enough nightlife to enjoy an evening in a busy bar or restaurant, not stuck up a country road miles from anywhere. Happy to hire a car and find our own way round.
Budget around £5k for 2 weeks or so.
Ideas please?

Barbados (or elsewhere in the Caribbean) would be nice around November - very easy to get around and a great character, lovely beaches and some very smart restaurants.

We visited Barbados as part of our silver wedding holiday in December and strangely we really didn't like it. some of the other islands were fab - St Lucia in particular. What about Dubai? Or Hong Kong is fab.
