Villa near Carvoeiro, Portugal?

Have seen a couple of people recommend Carvoeiro recently, and it does look lovely. Can anyone recommend a villa or self-catering appartment to sleep five for the last two weeks of August?

Reading with interest! thinking of Portugal for our October school week - would it still be warm I wonder?

Maybe - maybe not! You do take a chance here in mid-late October, last year it was lovely, but it can also be showery and cooler

ooh thank you! It's my 40th coming up, was looking for a few nights abroad somewhere that would suit the kids too. Maybe it's best saved for the summer?

May-September is the best of the weather here, outside of that can still be lovely but not guaranteed (at the moment we've got blue skies and 20 degrees daytime, but cold at night)
