Looking for a naice all inclusive child free holiday

DH are I are looking for a child free all inclusive holiday. Preferably within a local bus to naice resort so not stuck in the same place. We have to go school hols. Does anybody have any suggestions of good places?

Parnassus Rio de Oro in Cuba. Paradise. And adults only. DH and I would get a taxi (horse and trap) into Guardalavaca every few days to browse the market and sit watching the world go by.
