am pondering on the best apple tree for my allotment at present. how is your allotment?

We don't havean allotment, we have a long, thin garden. I haven't doneanything to it forages but the apple treesarebeing very obliging.
Also, dp moved the compost a whileback and where it used to be we haveseveral tomato plantsand something that is probably butternut squash. Now that's theway to garden!
