Hotel with water park in Europe for half term

Can anyone help with recommendations?
We want a week in the sun at May half term somewhere high on luxury but with a water park for our son who is 7. When I say water park though I don't mean somewhere with massive slides and chutes but much more gentle stuff - sprayers, jets of water etc as my son has some additional needs and although loves water couldn't cope with the really big thrill seeking stuff.

Insotel Club Punta Prima in Menorca. It has a splash park with lots of sprays/little slides.

Aliathon Holiday Village in Paphos, Cyprus is worth a look, it has a large splash park area but no big slides. There is a decent spa and the dining facilities and food are faultless.
