Baby baths - bump in middle?

Hello

I just bought a Mama and Papas baby changing unit today. You can lift the padded mat and there is a baby bath underneath.

I'm worried because there is a raised mound in the middle of the bath - the baby's legs would go around it. Is this safe/comfortable? I wanted a bath with a flat bottom but I like the unit and don't want to return it.

Am I just worrying too much (first baby and all...)?

Thanks!

quite a few have that bump thing. i just got a baby bath from asda, cost maybe £2, had no bump. and she only used it for a month before she was too big for it anyway.

Drat! It said that the unit could be used up to the age of 12 months - not very likely from the sound of it...

just depends how big your baby is. mine is a big girl! even if you dont use the bath bit for long, the changing bit will be useful.
