Hasanybody been to the Chinese State Circus?

Just wondered what it was like and what age you would recommend it for - I assume they don't use animals..

Fantastic! Saw it in Cambridge last year. My 3 dds loved it (13,10,7). Amazing acrobatics.
More theatre than circus.
Probably not that interesting to pre-schoolers but any child that loves ballet, gymnastics etc couldn't fail to be amazed.

Yes, years ago and it was utterly utterly fantastic and skillful. I'd have thought 5 and above.

Took my bloodthirsty four year old. He loved the martial arts bits.
