Taste of London Winter Or BBC Good Food Show

Anyone been to either? Any thoughts on what is the best one to go to?

I've been to the good food show and competed on the Masterchef stage!! (Almost own but beat dh and that's all that matters). We both had a brilliant time, bought some lovely food to snack on while putting up our Christmas tree. If you choose to go make sure you book any extras you may want to do in advance.
