Any recommendations 5* family hotels in Spain

We are looking for a nice lovely family hotel with good food in Spain- preferably 5*
Went 4* last year to majorca which was nice but want better
Have a lo who will be 3 when we go

where did you stay in Majorca? and how old are the kids? does it have to be beach or someone fab in Barcelona or mountains? so many fantastic places. our favourite is Caserio del Mirador which is small privately owned and Mumsnet top hotel and utterly gorgeous but very much about babies rather than big kid families. once they got big we started exploring Barcelona Seville Madrid, havnt been to Cordoba yet. adore Palma.
