kirkby lonsdale: baby swimming and 3yr old stuff to do?

in KL this week on hols and want to take 6mth old DD swimming, where is best pool for babies?
friends joining us at w'end with bright and busy 3yr old, any suggestions apart from docker park farm?

Docker park farm is shit. Really it is. Overpriced rubbish.

Holker Hall is nice and has Motor Museum. (Near Grange-over-Sands)

In fact Grange-over-Sands is nice too - lovely park and playground.

The World of Beatrix Potter near Bowness.

There is a swimming pool at Whoop Hall free to guests only, possibly open to others - you could ring and ask though!
