Destination for 7 40-somethings?

Does anyone have any tips for a long w/e destination for seven 40 year olds for late Sept? Requirements are sunshine, nice hotel and bars that won't make us feel too old!

I'd second Valencia, or Barcelona.

Madrid, Seville, Rome, Cape Town...

second the three above (to get to Seville cheaply look for flights to Malaga then train to Seville) and add in Nice

I really also want to go to Granada in Spain.
It looks so lovely. But no direct flights near me.

Any of these good for nightlife? Would be good to hit a few bars!
