DH and I took DS to Willow Farm on thursday and it was great so thought I should pass it on.

It starts with Guinea pigs that you can hold and stroke then into the nursery full of lambs, piglets, ducklings, baby goats etc and allin small pens with little walls so that little people can see all that's going on.

Outisde were cows, horses, more sheep and goats, 2 bouncy castles, a small funfair, a few climbing thingies, little train ride and an area full of children's diggers and tractors for them top ride around on. There was also a falconry display and various other bits and pieces and boat rides normally although the weather was so rubbish yesterday that the boat wasn't in use.

Food was good although a tad pricey but noone seemed to mind us eating our own food in the restaurant.

Toilets and baby changing good and lots of sinks at the right height for little people to wash their hands.

We only stayed for about 3 1/2 hours but that was because of the weather. I think you could easily stay all day.

I cant remember the price but it wasn't cheap, about £8 for an adult I think but as a special day out I thought it was value for money.

If anyone is interested we are having a meet-up there next week (unless weather bad, then it will be kidsports).

See Watford meet-up thread if anyone else would like to join us.
