Is this unreasonable?

We have jsut received our deposit back from the holiday we had in July!

The owners have charged us

Electricity 134 euros
Laundry 118 euros
Cleaning 120 euros.

134 euros for 2 weeks? Surely that is a mix up?
118 for laundry? They didn't do our washing!

Is this a piss take?
